Hr Generalist job in Tulsa

Expectations & Responsibilities: • Active member of the local management teams. • Active participant in the US HR team meetings and discussions. • Coordinate the administration of HR policies, plans and procedures within the facility. • Provides counsel to employees and management as needed. • Conducts recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel. • Assists with new employee orientation. • Prepares the local affirmative action plan. • Works with global counterparts in the development and rollout of central HR initiatives. Bachelors degree required. HRCI or SHRM cert and experience within a matrix environment is preferred.
